Judo is one of Britain's most successful Olympic sports and is played by both boys and girls. The main aim of our classes is to provide instruction in a safe controlled environment. The emphasis of the classes is on the enjoyment of the sport whilst learning the techniques and etiquette of judo. The classes are structured to give a balance of instruction and judo related games.
